HUKKiT Day Out  (Fundraiser for Peter Bethell going to Europe) The basic idea is to go down to Rotorua in a bus and go ride Southstar shuttles for 3 hours and do some Skyline runs and finally do a massive luge races.  What it includes: -Transportation in the bus of you and your bike -Shuttle at Redwoods  -15 run pass at Skyline -3 Luge runs -Spot Prizes on the day Peter leaves on the 14th May so we thought the 8th may was the best day. Conditions of Entry:
  1. Parental or guardian consent is required for all persons under the age of 16 yrs. 
  2. No refunds will be given after the close of the events entry. Refunds prior to this will incur a $10.00NZD (incl. GST) administration fee. Please contact us by email to withdraw. 
  3. Entries may be transferred to another rider. Transfers will incur a $10.00NZD (incl. GST) administration fee passed onto the new rider. Outside of 7 days of the event, please contact us by email to transfer your entry to another rider who must have already set-up an event profile on EventPlus. Inside of 7 days of the event, the new rider must complete a email to us and provided along with a evidence (from the original paying entrant that they cannot attend and wish their entry to be transferred in to another riders name) at the race pack pick-up. Transfers will only be made with evidence. No evidence = no transfer. 
  4. In the case of the event being cancelled for safety reasons or a natural disaster, entry fees will not be refunded or transferred.'
  5. HUKKiT Ltd accepts no liability for damaged, lost or stolen goods. All personal property or hired equipment is the responsibility of the competitor.
